Include your Superego version, macOS version, steps leading to the issue, and the expected and actual result.

The app does not automatically send any recording data or diagnostics. Do not attach recordings, screenshots, or other sensitive information unless they are necessary and you have reviewed their contents.

The Superego app does not send data to the developer. We receive your email address, message, and attachments only when you choose to contact support, and use them only to respond to and handle your request.

Email passes through the mail providers used by you and by us, whose respective privacy policies govern their processing.
